Raised in Southern California, co-founder Aaron Notarianni is a BBQ pro with a passion for cooking meat on an open flame or on the plancha. Preparing and consuming large amounts of Mexican food is the norm. Find him at the taco truck every single morning prepping for our delectable tacos.
Co-founder and chef Amber Amos has nearly a decade of restaurant and catering experience on her resume. Though classically French trained at Le Cordon Bleu, her heart and knives live in the flavors of Latin America. Sourcing ingredients locally and staying true to tradition are a part of her makeup. Amber was born and raised on the West Coast.
