Founder and chef Amber Amos has nearly a decade of restaurant and catering experience on her resume.  Though classically French trained at Le Cordon Bleu, her heart and knives live in the flavors of Latin America. Sourcing ingredients locally and staying true to tradition are a part of her makeup. Amber was born and raised on the West Coast.
